To try and enhance browsing experience, the Airy Aerie does collect standard cookie information to allow us to view site analytics. These cookies are commonly collected across almost every website you visit, and are standard among Squarespace hosted websites.
What other data does the site collect?
While you browse our website, we do not collect any personal data regarding your user experience. Any media embedded within this website (such as YouTube videos, etc.) behaves in the same way it would if you were visiting that website itself.
As the website does not currently allow you to create accounts, upload media or post comments, no account data is created nor stored on the Airy Aerie.
What about commissions?
When you order a commission from Airy, no personal data is exchanged using services on this website. No data is entered into the Airy Aerie, nor is it stored on the site at any time.
There are no “behind the scenes” data storage off the website, either. Any information that is required of you for commission purposes is exchanged through either email service or live chat service via Discord. At no point does the Airy Aerie hold or store your data.
Commission
Terms of Service
Commissions are a digital commission only. No hard copies shall be provided at any point and no physical items will be shipped to the customer under any circumstances. Printing services not provided.
I reserve the right to use any digital commission in future portfolio pieces as examples of my work, if I so choose. I can do this with or without your consent. Where appropriate, all pieces used in portfolios will provide links to client businesses or social media.
Refunds of up front costs, where they are appropriate and once payment has been completed, cannot be requested and are not available under any circumstances.
Refunds cannot be requested once a digital commission is marked as completed and is ready to be sent.
This digital commission may be used by the customer for personal use only. It is not to be re-sold.
A copy of these terms of service will be present on any invoices or other official document dealing with finances.
